My name is Terrence Askew. I am a father to 4 wonderful kids. We love camping, grilling out, watching any sporting event, and spending time with my very large extended family. In my spair time Ivolunteer for the American Legion. I also take great pride in helping people finance their homes.

I have been in the finance industry for well over 10 years. During this time I have seen the market at both ends of the spectrum. One thing is for certain; real estate is and always will be a great investment. For some it may be your biggest investment.I understand that consumers have more choices than ever to get a loan, but I take pride in separating myself from the competition through outstanding service.

The keys to this service are knowledge, communication and the internal process that has developed to close loans quickly. As a company, we work closely with several lenders to keep our loan officers aware of all the different loan programs available, allowing us to educate each customer so that we can help them choose the loan program that best fits their needs.
