First of all, I want to thank each and every Veteran for their service to our country. My name is Terrence Askew. I have helped many Veterans like yourself with a VA Loan. Being a Veteran (US Navy Corpsman), not only do I understand these loans offered through the Veterans Administration, I can help guide you through the process of getting you an approval. You may have orders to Ft Campbell, Ft Benning, Ft Knox, Ft Stewart, or maybe you are a Veteran, I can guide you through the process smoothly.  For some lenders, these loans are a little more detailed and time consuming. Because of my experience with these programs, we can get you through the process a lot smoother. Cutting time in the process.

With changes in lending practices due to the economic crisis, a Veteran Home Loan is even a better option for some who are seeking a mortgage. Not only can you buy a home with 100% Financing, you can refinance your current loan to a VA Loan as well.



You may qualify for a VA Loan if you fall into one of the following categories:

  1. Active-duty Veterans discharged during WWII or later, without the status of “dishonorable”
  2. Active-duty Veterans with at least 90 consecutive days of service during major conflict
  3. Peacetime Veterans and active-duty personnel with at least 180 days of consecutive service
  4. Enlisted Veterans whose service began after 1980, or officers whose service began after 1981, and who have served at least 2 years.

National Guard and selected Reserve members may also qualify. Check your eligibility with a qualified VA Loan Specialist if you have any questions.

What figure do you come up with?
